IA No. 4114 of 2020.

This is an application where the claim of the Applicant is already rejected by the Resolution Professional and the action of the Resolution Professional has been challenged before this Tribunal. Heard the submissions made by the Resolution Professional. None appeared on behalf of the Applicant at the time of hearing of the matter. The Applicant was called twice. Since none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, the same is dismissed.

IA No. 4057 of 2020.

We have heard the contents of the application filed under Section 12A. The Resolution Professional has filed the Form A. The Learned Counsel for the Operational-creditor is present and submitted that the agreed amount towards full and final settlement has been paid by the Corporate-debtor, therefore, the entire CIRP proceedings has come to an end and the Corporate-debtor is relieved from the clutches of CIRP Proceedings. The Corporate-debtor is directed to pay the fees as well as expenses incurred and unpaid so far to the Resolution Professional in the matter. Since the proceedings have come to an end the case papers may be sent to the record room.

IA No. 2989 of 2020

Heard the submissions made by the RP. In view of the acceptance of the application No. 4057 of 2020, the IA No. 2989 of 2020 has become infructuous. The IA No. 2989 of 2020 is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
