ORDER
In this case CIRP proceedings have already been commenced in respect of Kudos Chemie Limited (Corporate Debtor) in CP (IB) No. 277/Chd/Pb/2018, therefore, this petition under Section 9 of the Code has become redundant.
The petitioner is at liberty to lodge its claim before the Resolution Professional appointed in the case of the Corporate Debtor.
