Judgment
ORDER
Learned Counsel for Applicant / Liquidator Mr. V. Mahesh is present through video conferencing mode. IA/679/2020 is an Application moved for urgent hearing of IA/678/2020 filed for the purpose of seeking appointment of Authorized Representatives for each of the Stakeholders as selected by the stakeholders themselves. Pursuant to the order issued by this Tribunal dated 20.08.2020, subsequently clarified vide order dated 07.09.2020 being clarifications as sought by the Liquidator appointed by this Tribunal at the time of initiation of liquidation of the Corporate Debtor, the following names have been given by way of tabulation at paragraph No.7 of the Application in MA/678/2020 which is as follows:-

It is represented by Learned Counsel for the Liquidator being the Applicant that necessary consent has been duly obtained from the respective professionals selected as Authorized Representatives (ARs) by the respective stakeholders.
Learned Counsel for the Liquidator also represents that in relation to Professionals as chosen by the Stakeholders and coming up for confirmation in this Application before this Tribunal, none of the Professionals had neither any enquiry proceeding pending before the IBBI regulator nor before the respective Professional Institutions to which they belong.
It is also represented that the Insolvency Professional Agencies (IPA) have also given their Authority of Assignment (AoA). In the circumstances, there is no impediment in appointing the Respective professionals as Authorized Representatives for the respective Stakeholders.
Taking into consideration the representation made by the Learned Counsel for the Liquidator and also taking into consideration the averment made in the Application, MA/679/2020 stands allowed. Further in terms of the selections made by the respective stakeholders the name as tabulated in Paragraph '1' above stands confirmed to represent the respective Stakeholders in the meeting proposed to be convened by the Liquidator under the aegis of the Chairman appointed by this Tribunal vide order dated 20.08.2020 and in the circumstances MA/678/2020 also stands ordered.
