ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in this writ petition has been redressed by the Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas through its Circular No.M-13025(12)/11/2026-LPG-PNG (E.57166), dated 07.09.2026 and, as such, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
