ORDER
This is an application filed under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016, seeking directions to the Non-Applicant No. 1 to revive the CIRP in company petition i.e. IB-322/ND/2021. Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Applicant is present and Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Corporate Debtor is also present. Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Applicant submitted that on instruction, he wants to withdraw the present application. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to withdraw the present application i.e. RA/71/2024 and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
