ORDER
Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant-Canara Bank.
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant / Canara Bank submits that this Tribunal vide order dated 07.12.2023 in IA No.575 of 2022 has appointed Mr. G.S. Narasimha Prasad as the IRP of the Corporate Debtor. However, the said IRP has sent an email dated 22.11.2023 to the Registrar, NCLT Bengaluru expressing his inability to take up the assignment. Therefore, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant has filed a Memo vide Diary No.212 dt.09.01.2024 seeking to appoint Mr. M.V. Sudarshan as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor
Considering the aforesaid submissions, we hereby appoint Mr. M.V. Sudarshan bearing IP Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00561/2017-2018/11707, Mobile No.: 9620300691, E-mail: sudarshan.mv@outlook.com as the new Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor in the captioned matter in place of Mr. G.S. Narasimha Prasad. The new IRP is directed to file his Consent Affidavit along with AFA within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
