ORAL ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs:

"a)

To quash the Respondent Bank's vide No.ARM-1/CR-710/2026/KK auction sale notice dated 29/08/2026 (ΑNNEXURE:A), the auction sale and its proceedings dated 16/09/2026 as notified in the auction sale notice (ANNEXURE:A) in respect of the immovable assets belonging to 1st Petitioner/MSME in the interest of justice and equity;

(b)

To grant such other reliefs/orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances stated above in the interest of justice and equity."

The petitioners seeks to assail the auction that was proposed to be conducted vide the notice said 29.08.2026 (Annexure - A to the writ petition). The auction sale was scheduled to be held on 16.09.2026.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo dated 21.09.2026 placing on record that the auction dated 16.09.2026 was deferred for want of bidders.

In view of the aforementioned, no further orders are to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

This order will not preclude the petitioner from availing such remedies as permissible under law.
