IA-278/2022 : By filing this IA, the Applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the Company Petition No. (IB)-332(ND)2020 in terms of settlement arrived between the parties. Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant and perused the averment made in the application. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the Petition No. (IB)-332(ND)2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

With this, the present IA stands disposed of.
