Judgment
ORDER
Learned counsel has filed the present petition seeking revival of this petition which has been disposed off as having being become infructuous upon corporate insolvency resolution process being initiated against the Corporate Debtor in an another petition being M/s. Navkar Traders V/s. M/s. TDI Infrastructure Ltd., (IB)-1541/2018 admitted vide an order dated 17.1.2019.
In view of the proceedings being set aside, this application is allowed. The petition stands restored to its original stage and number.
Notice be issued to the Corporate Debtor vide all modes including through the process of the Bench returnable on 6th August, 2019. Service also be effected on the Corporate Debtor through its Directors. Affidavit of service be filed.
