IA-4785/2021: An application filed by the RP seeking order of Liquidation under Section 33 of IBC, 2016. As per the last order dated 16.09.2022, the Applicant has filed the voting sheet dated 27.01.2020 vide affidavit dated 19.09.2022. Ld. Counsel further submits that the Resolution No. 1 for Liquidation of the Corporate Debtor was passed with 100% majority by the CoC in its meeting held on 27.01.2020.
In view of the averments made in the application and submissions made by the Ld. Counsel, we hereby appoint Mr. Parveen Kumar Singhal RP as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor with immediate effect.
With this, the IA stands allowed.
