This application has been preferred to seek the following reliefs, inter alia: -

That order dated 08.08.2022 be recalled and/or set aside IA (IB) No. 749/KB/2022.
(b)
Ad-interim orders in terms of prayer above;

In view of dismissal of IA 749 of 2022, the present application being IA 966 seeking recalling of an Order dated 08.08.2022 in IA 749 has become infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed.
