Judgment
Heard the submissions made by counsel for the operational creditor as well as counsel for the corporate debtor including the submissions made by the IRP. As far as the IRP's fees is concerned, this Tribunal finds it fit to order to pay for a week days, as per the rate indicated by the IRP along with charges for the qualified assistant for the one week apart from publication, NCLT filing fee, local conveyance etc and Rs. 1000 for filing the progress report may also be paid.
The steps taken by the IRP are not to be reckoned any further in view of the settlement arrived between the operational creditor and the corporate debtor. The withdrawal application is taken on record and detailed order will follow.
