ORDER
CA-676/2020 has been filed by Mr. Ashutosh Jain, the IRP in this case. The said application has been filed under Section 12A read with regulation 30A(3) of the Code. It is submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and in view of the same, they wish to terminate the CIR proceedings. The IRP confirms that no publication has been effected muchless the CoC being constituted. In view of the same, the CIR process directed by the Order dated 07.01.2020 is hereby terminated. Business of the Corporate Debtor shall be handed over to the ex-Directors. The Corporate Debtor is released from the rigors from moratorium. File be consigned to the Record Room.
