ORDER
The captioned I.A 605 of 2022 was filed by the Applicant challenging the rejection of its claim of Rs. 1,44,88,382/-.
This Bench was informed by Mr. Akshay Petkar, Learned Counsel of the Applicant that they wish to withdraw the said I.A after receiving an assurance from Mr. Mustafa Doctor, Learned Senior Counsel of Resolution Professional that he will be treated at par with similarly placed creditors under the Resolution Plan.
In view of the above I.A 605 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn.
