Judgment
This is an application filed by Liquidator, Mr. Rajesh Jhangra appointed vide order dated 04.03.2021. Learned Counsel for the Liquidator states that Mr. Jhangrahas communicated his inability to conduct the liquidation process, as he has shifted to Home town away from Delhi during the lockdown. Learned Counsel states that order dated 04.03.2021 may be modified with respect to the change of the name of Liquidator and appoint another Liquidator. We allow the application and hereby appoint Mr. Gajendra Singh, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P02087/2020-2021/13250, having address at H.No. 14, Ground Floor, Pocket C-5, VasantKunj, Pocket C-5, Near DPS School, VasantKunj New Delhi 110070, South West, Email ID: [email protected], Phone No. 9811087301 as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor Mr. Jhangra is hereby discharged as a Liquidator. The present Liquidator is directed to serve the copy of this order to the newly appointed Liquidator Mr. Gajendra Singh through all modes.
The application is allowed and disposed of in terms of above order.
