ORDER
Heard Mr. Kumar Vikram, Adv. appearing for the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor and Mr. Amol Vyas, Adv. appearing for the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor. It has been submitted by both the counsels that parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 18.03.2023.
