ORDER
Memo filed vide S.R.NO.4759 shows that till date the Corporate Debtor in liquidation has not transferred / returned the amount to the applicant. We direct the Respondent/liquidator to immediately transfer the amount and steps be taken by the Respondent / Liquidator to move appropriate application before MIDC.
