IA No. 5982/ND/2021:
Application has been filed on behalf of IRP under Section 12-A of the Code for withdrawal of CIRP proceedings stating that matter has been settled. On the previous date of hearing, it has revealed that the amount of Rs. 20,000/- of the common dues with respect to GST as well as VAT were there. Today, the receipt has been shown by the IRP that the said amount has been paid.
Taking into considerations that the present matter has been settled and the Government dues have been cleared. Accordingly, the present application stands accepted. The CIRP proceeding with respect to the Corporate Debtor stand withdrawn. IB-398/ND/2019 stands disposed of in view of the settlement. The Ex.-Director shall be entitled to take the management of the Corporate Debtor. IRP stands discharged.
