In light of the reasons stated in the Application, we hereby accept the resignation of Ms. Rashmi Jadhav, having registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00631/2018-2019/11886, having registered address Flat No. 006, Nanda Ashirwad Apartments, No.1, Canara Bank Colony, 2nd Main, Chandra Layout, Bangalore, and she is relieved from the assignment as an IRP of the Corporate Debtor.
We hereby appoint, Mr. Srinivas Thatikonda, having reg. No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00631/2018-19/11886, email id: [email protected], Mobile No.95388 69662, as an IRP of the Corporate Debtor.
Ms. Jadhav is enjoined to hand over the control, management, assets and other physical/digital records of CD to Mr. Thatikonda against receipt.
The new RP be immediately informed by Petitioner, as well as registry.
Accordingly, I.A.No.967/2025 is allowed and disposed of.
