Heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the operational creditor. The Counsel for the operational creditor has submitted that the matter has become infructuous as CIRP has been initiated in IB No. 2484/ND/2019 on 12.03.2021, therefore the petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the operational creditor to approach the IRP appointed in the matter for lodging his claim.
