ORDER
There is no consensus on quantum of fees payable to the IRP.
The CIR process was terminated on 25th March, 2019. Upon admission of the petition vide order dated 11th March, 2019, the IRP effected publication, pursuant to which, no claim was received.
Publication was effected on 14th March, 2019 and IRP received intimation on 18th March, 2019 about the settlement.
In view of the same, though no further steps were taken, but the books of accounts as maintained by the Corporate Debtor were sent for valuation. The name of the valuers has not been intimated to the Bench, neither has any report been made or receipt in respect of any fees advanced to them been tendered. The IRP has claimed Rs. 2.5 lakhs, out of which the invoices of Rs. 49,000/- only have been reimbursed to her. The IRP is dissatisfied about her professional fees. We leave it to the IBBI to quantify a reasonable amount as her fees, keeping in view that hardly any steps were taken by her other than publication. There is nothing on record to corroborate valuation. Both parties are directed to appear before the IBBI on 6th August, 2019 at 11:00 am.
No further directions are called for.
