In the CoC meeting held on 08.06.2024, a resolution was passed to appoint the IRP as Resolution Professional. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the IRP as well as contents of the Application, this Adjudicating Authority is inclined to the present application IA/4515/2024. Accordingly, IA/4515/2024 is allowed.
