Judgment

Learned PCS for the respondent states that pursuant to the earlier order of this Court which shows that the entire amount has been paid and has referred to earlier order of this Court dated 19.11.2019 in which order the aforesaid argument was noted and on that date also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned PCS for the respondent states that the order dated 19.11.2019 has been served upon the company on 30th November, 2019 by the e-mail, which has not bounced back.
Therefore, it is contended that it has been duly served , and despite service of the order, no one appear on behalf of the petitioner today also.
In view of the facts that none present for the petitioner today and none was present on the last date 19.11.2019 also, therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
Therefore, the present petition is dismissed.
