ORDER
When the matter is taken up, memo is filed by the appellant for withdrawal of this application and the appeal on the ground that the loan account was settled and full satisfaction was reported by the respondent-Bank and the same was also recorded before the DRT-III, Chennai.
In view of the memo filed, this waiver application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the appeal is rejected.
Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
Appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee as per the Rules.
