IA-3563/2022: This application has been filed by the IRP under Section 12A with the Regulation 30A of IBBI Regulations 2016. Form FA is on record.
Ld. Counsel for the IRP submits that the no COC has been formed till date and also all the dues of the IRP have been paid. The Form FA placed at page no. 35 of the application has been signed by the Financial Creditor. In view of the pleadings and submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant the withdrawal is permitted. The Corporate Debtor is free from the rigours of CIRP and IRP stands discharged.
The main petition (IB)-369(ND)2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
With this, the present IA-3563/2022 stands disposed of.
