ORDER
The applicant/OC is called absent. No representation. Mr. K. A. Dalal, PCS along with Mr. Varun Harlalka, CA is present representing the CD and informed that the matter has been settled between the parties and the CD has also paid the entire amount to the applicant/OC. It appears that the applicant/OC has also addressed a letter to this Tribunal requesting for adjournment on the ground that one of the cheques issued by the CD is dated 11-09-2019 and there is no adequate time to encash it by today and so saying requested for adjournment.

Call on 17th September, 2019 for filing appropriate application for withdrawal of the above company petition.
