Mr. Ravi Rajagopalan, Advocate present through Video Conferencing Platform for the Applicant. The Application filed by the Applicant is premature as the Lockdown is still in vogue even according to the Applicant and once the Lockdown is lifted and immediately thereafter let an Application be filed by the Applicant seeking for exclusion of time as envisaged under the Resolution Plan. The said Application will be dealt on merits and in accordance with law including the law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by virtue of its Order dated 23.03.2020 in suo-motto in W.P.(Civil) No.3/2020 made effective from 15.03.2020. Accordingly this Application is disposed of.
