ORDER
This application has been filed by the IRP seeking permission to withdraw the company petition bearing IB-777/ND/2022 on the ground that the parties have settled the matter vide settlement agreement dated 28.04.2023. We have heard the submissions made by the Counsel for the RP as well as Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor. In view of the submissions made by both the parties, the company petition bearing IB-777/ND/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
IA/2844/2023 is accordingly disposed off.
