Judgment
Per: B. S.V. PRAKASH KUMAR, MEMBER (JUDICIAL)
It is an MA/736/2019 filed in CP/511/IB/2017 moved by M/s. Cethar Vessels Workers Union stating that claims of the employees have not been considered by the Liquidator. The Liquidator has stated that he has not rejected the claims of the employees placed before this Bench, as if their claims have been rejected by the Liquidator.
However, as the Liquidator having stated that he will send an e-mail giving names of the employees, whose claims have been admitted by the Liquidator, nothing is left in this Application for hearing.
Moreover, in the Application filed by these Applicants, they have not placed any material to show that their claims have been rejected or that these persons continuing as employees of this Company; therefore, we hereby consider that this Application is devoid of any merits.
In view of the reasons mentioned above, the Application is disposed of with directions as mentioned above giving liberty to the Employees Union to come before this Bench in the event the Liquidator has rejected any of the claims of the employees.
Accordingly, this MA is hereby disposed of.
