Judgment
This is an application under Section 12A of the IB Code, 2016 read with Regulation 30A of CIRP Regulation 2016 and Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 along with the affidavit.
Having heard the submissions made by the RP as well as his Counsel and Counsel for the Operational Creditor and having perused the Minutes of CoC and the Settlement Agreement along with Form FA, the matter stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Corporate Debtor is relieved from the clutches of CIR Process and the RP is discharged from his duties and responsibilities and he is directed to hand over the possession and documents if any to the Corporate Debtor. The Case papers may be sent to record room.
This application has now become infructuous in view of the above.
