Judgment
The present petition has been filed by the Operational Creditor based on his claim of unpaid dues. Pursuant to amalgamation of Indian Airlines and Air India, the entitlement by the Ex-Indian Airlines officials have been impugned before various forums. In Petition No. 1088/2013, identical disputes are pending. As the Hon'ble Apex Court is also seized of these disputes, the petition has been adjourned sine-die by Court No. IV of the New Delhi Bench. The emoluments/ entitlements are yet to be determined.
As the Hon'ble Apex Court is also seized the pending of disputes, the petitioner herein would be at liberty to seek clarification with respect to the present petition from the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
