Judgment
By filing this application, the Applicant who is Authorised Representative of the CoC has prayed to appoint Mr. Anil Tyal Registration no. IBBI/IPA/001/IP/PO1118/2018-19/11818 as Resolution Professional under Section 22(3) (b) of the IBC, 2016.
Heard Ld. Counsel for the Applicant and perused the averments made in the application. Since the DMS are not functioning, therefore, the Petition was shared by the Counsel.
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submits that earlier IRP was replaced by Mr. Anil Tyal by 100% voting share of the Member of the CoC in the meeting of the COC held on 3rd September, 2021 and so, the appointment of Mr. Anil Tyal may be approved. Considering the submissions, since the appointment of Mr. Anil Tyal is approved by 100% voting share of the CoC, hence we hereby approve the appointment of Mr. Anil Tyal.
With this, the present applications stands disposed off.
