There is no representation on behalf of the other Respondents.

The order sheet of the Learned Registrar dated 10.04.2026 reflects that notices to the other Respondents were prepared. However, the same have not been collected for effecting service.

The present Misc. Appeal No. 10/2026 has been filed seeking a direction to the Learned DRT, Pune to decide the Securitization Application within a period of 90 days or within such time as this Appellate Tribunal may deem fit.

The Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 would submit that he has no objection if the relief as prayed for is granted.

Heard. Perused the record.

Upon consideration, this Appellate Tribunal is of the view that though the present Misc. Appeal seeks expeditious disposal of the Securitization Application the Appellant has not taken effective steps to serve the other Respondents. Nevertheless, the relief sought, being in the nature of a direction for expeditious disposal, is innocuous.

At the same time, it is pertinent to observe that the pendency before the Tribunals are substantial and no individual matter can be accorded priority over others. Every Court and Tribunal is, however, under a legal obligation to ensure expeditious adjudication of matters.

In view of the above, the present Misc. Appeal No. 12026 stands disposed of with a direction to the Learned DRT, Pune to decide Securitization Application No. 115/2025 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Misc. Appeal No. 10/2026 is disposed of.
