Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the enforcement of the arbitral award dated 05.03.2021 has been stayed in the appeal filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, being FAO (OS) (COMM) No. 210 of 2023.

Accordingly, there is no purpose to keep this enforcement pending.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to file it again as and when situation arise and after making good the stamp duty as per Indian Stamp Act, 1899, as applicable in the NCT of Delhi.

The present petition is disposed of in above terms with liberty as aforesaid.
