Judgment
Heard the submissions made by the Proxy Counsel for the Operational Creditor. Proxy counsel for the Operational Creditor has submitted that the main counsel is out of station and prayed for grant of time in this matter. No one has appeared on behalf of the Corporate Debtor at the time of virtual hearing of the matter. As the counsel for the Operational Creditor is also not present we find that no harm will be caused if time for payment of cost of Rs. 20,000/- is extended till the next date of hearing to enable the Tribunal to consider allowing setting aside the ex-parte order. Corporate Debtor is directed to pay cost imposed on it in this matter before the next date of hearing. Let this matter be posted after vacations. List this matter on 12.07.2022.
