CA 1662/2019 has been filed praying for extension of CIR period by 90 days beyond 180 days which expired on 12.11.2019.
The RP has been duly authorised to file the present petition to make the said prayer. As per the resolution approved in the meeting of the COC held on 07.11.2020, the resolution has been unanimously approved by the COC and appears at page 35-36 of the application. In view of the prayer made, which is duly supported by the affidavit of the RP, there is no legal impediment in extending the CIR period. The Bench is also apprised that a resolution plan is also under consideration. Let steps be taken expeditiously.
