ORDER
The present application has been filed by the RP under Section 12A seeking withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties. The settlement agreement dated 19.06.2024 has been placed on record. After settlement having been arrived at between the parties and the submission of the RP that all the requirements of Regulation 30A of CIRP Regulations having been fulfilled. In view thereof, the Company Petition and also the present I.A. is disposed of.
