The Resolution Professional has moved an application under Section 12 A read with Regulation 30 A of IBBI (IRP for CP Regulations 2016 read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules 2016 seeking the permission for withdrawal of the petition No. IB/2660/ND/2019. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties. The IRP has also acknowledged the receipt of IRP fee and expenses. The operational creditor was present at the time of hearing of this application and stated that the amount has been received in full. The counsel for the corporate debtor is also present. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of Rule 8 of IB Application to Adjudicating Authority Rules 2016 read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules 2016. The IRP has also prayed for exemption of IRP from taking any further action in CIRP and ROC filing and also to discharge the IRP from the CIRP. These two prayers are also granted and no further steps have to be taken by IRP in this matter.
