Leave granted.

This appeal has been filed against the order dated 12.12.2018 passed by the High Court, by which the High Court has directed the appellant to deposit a further amount of Rs.3 crores before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks. This order was passed by the High Court on an application filed by the appellant for anticipatory bail in a case under sections 471 and 420 of the IPC.

Aggrieved by the said order, this appellant has come up in appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant today after obtaining instructions submits that the appellant will deposit the amount of Rs.3 crores as ordered by the High Court within a period of six weeks from today.

We are of the view that the appellant can be granted four weeks' time to pay the entire amount. We order accordingly. The appellant will also file an undertaking to the said effect within a week.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. It goes without saying that in event the appellant fails to pay the entire amount within four weeks, the appellant shall not be entitled for anticipatory bail and the same accordingly stands cancelled.
