Judgment
Mr. Harekrishna, IAS, Principal Secretary (Education), Government of Manipur, is present in person in the Video Conference. Mr. N. Ibotombi, Ld.
Sr. Counsel appearing for him, states that an affidavit has been filed in terms of the earlier order dated 08.02.2021, citing the reasons for the delay in
complying the order of this Court.
Mr. Phungyo Zingkhei, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent, states that he is yet to receive a copy of the same. In the event a
copy of the same has not been furnished, Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel assisting Mr. N. Ibotombi, Ld. Sr. Counsel, shall supply him a copy of the
same during the course of the day.
As this Court is informed that the appeal filed against the order which is the subject matter of the present contempt case has been adjourned to day
after tomorrow, it would be appropriate that consideration of this contempt case is deferred till thereafter.
Post on Wednesday, i.e., 24.02.2021.
