Judgment

The essential grievance of the Petitioner is against the suspension from service. Learned Sr. Advocate Mr. N Ravindra Kamath appearing for the Petitioner submits that in the light of a catena of decisions of Apex Court, suspension is not sustainable; in any event, it has to be revoked, maximum period prescribed under Rule 10(5)(iii) of KCS (CCA) Rules, 1957 having expired.
Learned AGA appearing for the Respondents on instructions of official concerned submits that the petition has become infructuous in view of rescinding of the suspension in question vide order dated 04.03.2025.
In view of the above, the Petition is disposed off as having become infructuous. Costs having been made easy.
It is made clear that other grievances arising out of the said suspension be worked out by the Petitioner by making appropriate representation to the concerned. If such representation is made, decision thereon shall be taken within a period of eight weeks. All contentions are kept open.
