ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking permission to advance final arguments through her counsel in C.C No. 5705 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

It is seen that the petitioner has already permitted to assist the prosecution in C.C.No.5705 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Now, the petitioner seeks permission to make oral submissions.
On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has assisted the prosecution and has also filed written submissions.
In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to make oral submissions, if any through her counsel.
