Judgment
By means of this application, under Order XLI Rule 3(1) of the CPC, the description of the respondents No.2(d) and 2(e) has been sought to be changed as they were not found in the address given in the memorandum of appeal. The remaining respondents are present before this court and do not raise any objection.
Accordingly, the appellant is permitted to carry out the amendment in terms of the schedule as appended to this application. The amended cause title be filed within 30.04.2021.
The Registry shall compile the amended cause title with the memorandum of appeal and place it before this court for passing the appropriate order.
Mr. S. M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. A. Pal, learned counsel appears for the applicants.
