1.

A letter dated 6th June, 2024 has been submitted by Mr. A.Momin, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1-4.

2.

A perusal of the said letter indicates that request has been made for reinstatement of the writ petitioner as Mali in the office of the Principal Govt. Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Tura, as it is a sanctioned post.

3.

Mr. S.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of this development, perhaps the respondents be directed to consider the regularization of the writ petitioner at the earliest possible, as he has already been in service since the year 2005.

4.

Mr. A.Momin, learned GA on behalf of the State respondents No. 1-4, also does not have any objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and since it is clear that there is a sanctioned post as recorded by the respondent No. 5, it is therefore directed that as the petitioner has been serving since 7th June, 2005 till 1st August, 2019 on Adhoc basis, and is also to be reinstated into the said post, the concerned respondents are to take up the matter for regularization of his services in the said sanctioned post within three months from the date a copy of this order is present before the said respondents.
