Liladhar (In Jail) vs State of U.P.

According to the prosecution case on 3,1,2001 Pradeep servant of the complainant was getting the fish loaded on a TATA 407 vehicle by labourers. After loading the truck Pradeep along with driver of the vehicle Kanhaiya, Cleaner Mukesh, a labour Mata Prasad and servant Imman @ Saleem reached at the Dera where six or seven culprits enquired about the complainant. Thereafter the culprits beaten the aforesaid persons and abducted Kanhaiya, Imman Khan and Mata Prasad, After going to some distance they left Mata Prasad. The culprits tied Kanhaiya and Naseem in a chain. They were rescued by police in the night of 5.1.01. There is the statement of Naseem and Kanhaiya abductees that amongst the culprits there was the applicant who was being addressed as Muklyya. The applicant has long criminal history of 25 criminal cases of various types. He has been acquitted in ten cases but it does not mean that he has been exonerated from the charges of cases, It is hazardous to leave such a person free in the society. There is no ground for bail. The bail application is rejected.
