After advancing certain arguments, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that the petitioner shall be at liberty to urge all the contentions raised in the present petition before the learned Arbitrator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.
