ORDER
As per the order of this Tribunal dated 5.3.2021, the Board was called to confirm whether any disciplinary proceedings are pending against the Resolution Professional, through whom this application has been filed. Pursuant to this order, the Board has, vide its communication dated 11.3.2021 informed that no proceeding is pending against the Resolution Professional viz. Ms. Geetha Sridhar.
Hence, Ms. Geetha Sridhar is appointed as Resolution Professional and the Resolution Professional shall file her report within 10 days from today. Post on 23.3.2021.
