The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, to conduct a speedy trial on the private complaint dated 24.04.2025 filed by the petitioner bearing e-filing No.ATN20220000565C202500066.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed a private complaint against the respondents alleging that they had clandestinely sold the vehicle by using fabricated documents. The private complaint, bearing e-filing No.ATN20220000565C202500066, was filed on 24.04.2025 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore. However, the said complaint has not been taken on file till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, to take the complaint bearing e-filing No.ATN20220000565C202500066 on file and proceed further in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
