Heard Mr. S.K. Dwivedy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

This appeal emerges from a petition seeking custody of the minor child. The said petition was instituted by the appellant herein but that was dismissed by the Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal.
It has been stated by Mr. Dwivedy, learned counsel that the appellant and the respondent are living separately but there is no legal separation of any form.
Having this aspect in consideration, we direct both the appellant and the respondent to appear in person at 4 P.M. on the next date in the chamber No.3 for interaction.
Steps for service of notice on the respondent shall be taken by the appellant by 17.05.2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
Registry is directed to procure the LCRs by the next date.
