Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

(i) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned order dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure-6), passed by the learned Civil Judge, Ladnun, District-Nagaur, in Civil Misc. Case No.-4/2022 (Manak Chand versus Mohni Devi & Ors.), may kindly be set aside and consequence thereof the application (Annexure-5) filed by the respondent No. 1-applicant-plaintiff may kindly be dismissed with exemplary costs.

(ii) In alternate, the learned Court below may kindly be directed to decide the temporary injunction application (Annexure-1) filed by the respondent No. 1-applicant-plaintiff forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the learned trial court is directed to decide the temporary injunction application preferred by the plaintiff at an early date.

Considering the submissions made at the Bar and after having gone through the order dated 15.02.2022, this Court is of the opinion that since the status quo order was passed by the learned trial court till the filing of the reply by the petitioner-defendant in this case and reply had been filed, therefore, in these circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to decide the temporary injunction application preferred by the respondent-plaintiff at its earliest convenience preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

The stay application and other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
